Code of Conduct

Introduction

The Code of Conduct summarizes values and standards as a framework within the LASSELSBERGER Group. All members and stakeholders, including employees, executives and business partners, are obliged to align their behavior accordingly. Our Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to professional conduct, mutual respect, integrity and transparency.

This Code should be regarded as a framework to ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable in all countries in which we operate. It is the responsibility of every member of the organization to comply with this Code in their daily activities and behavior. All executives of the companies within the LASSELSBERGER Group shall act as role models for employees by implementing the Code of Conduct in practice. They must also instruct their colleagues in its application, monitor compliance and provide guidance and advice where necessary.

Mutual Respect

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment in which everyone feels valued and respected. This includes respect for personal and cultural differences and fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration. Discrimination, bullying and harassment are strictly prohibited.

Integrity

All members of the organization must uphold high standards of integrity. This includes honesty and fairness in all activities. Misrepresentation, fraud or dishonesty will not be tolerated. We respect the principles, laws and rules of fair competition. We win business fairly through the quality and price of our products and services, not by offering inappropriate advantages to others.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Employees must respect and maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them by the company and its business partners. This includes intellectual property, business strategies, customer lists, pricing information and personal data.

Conflict of Interest

All employees should avoid activities that conflict with their duties for the LASSELSBERGER Group or could influence their professional decision-making. If a potential conflict of interest arises, it must be reported immediately to the relevant supervisor or responsible authority.

Protecting the environment and conserving natural resources are of particular importance. All employees are encouraged to use resources responsibly and to support the sustainability initiatives of the Group and its companies.

Company Property

All employees are required to handle company property with care and responsibility. Any form of misuse, fraud, waste or negligence will not be tolerated.

Professional Conduct

Employees are expected to behave professionally in all situations related to their work. This includes maintaining appropriate conduct, language and behavior.

Use of Technology

We provide various technological devices and equipment for business purposes. Any misuse of these resources, including unauthorized access, use for personal benefit or any behavior that jeopardizes the security of these resources, is prohibited.

Reporting Violations

Employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Code of Conduct to management immediately. Reports can also be submitted anonymously via the LASSELSBERGER Group’s whistleblower platform. We do not tolerate retaliation against individuals who make reports in good faith.

Review and Amendments

This Code of Conduct is reviewed regularly to ensure that it remains up to date and effective. Amendments may be made by management, taking into account input from all areas and levels of the organization.

Conclusion

This Code of Conduct defines our values and standards but cannot anticipate every situation. Therefore, all individuals are expected to apply these principles with common sense and sound judgment. Our collective commitment to this Code will ensure that the LASSELSBERGER Group continues to operate professionally, responsibly, sustainably and successfully.
