Against the backdrop of current social challenges and in the interests of long-term corporate growth, we strive to work with our employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to minimize environmental risks, use resources efficiently, preserve biodiversity and reduce emissions in our operations, production processes and supply chains.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInUp” css=””]We are currently preparing for the future ESG reporting obligations under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU taxonomy, which are to be carried out at Group parent company level. We have been systematically recording the carbon footprint of our entire company for all locations for several years now. This comprehensive data is now incorporated into our strategic decision-making processes and helps us to take appropriate measures to reduce our ecological footprint. We not only take into account direct emissions, but also indirect emissions along our entire value chain.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInUp” css=””]In addition to the environmental aspect, we pay great attention to the social aspects of ESG reporting. We strive to create a working environment that values and promotes the diversity of our workforce.
